In the case of cancellation within two weeks of arrival you will be charged 30% of the total value of your booking and 100% of the total value of your booking in the case of a last minute cancellation (within 7 days prior to arrival). Should you need to cancel your booking more than three weeks prior to your arrival there will be no charged.
